I am a massive fan of Ed Gamble and James Acaster’s Off Menu podcast and I loved this bonus episode with Roisin Conaty where they talk about how gross and nasty rhubarb is. I felt the audio was hilarious and had a lot of potential for an interesting project.

For the boarding I wanted to push the comedic aspects of the conversation without the visuals becoming too literal. With a fast-paced conversation like this, it was a fun challenge to keep the momentum without being too overwhelming.
